Service Description
A focused 55-minute session for people who feel stuck in a recurring pattern. You may be overthinking, people-pleasing, procrastinating, doubting yourself, overworking, or repeating the same frustration despite knowing exactly what's happening. This is not about endless insight. It's about identifying what is driving the pattern and creating practical change where it actually lives, in your behaviour, nervous system, beliefs and decision-making.
Cancellation Policy
Payment Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Cancellation and Rescheduling Please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. This allows your appointment to be offered to another client. Late Cancellations and No Shows Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, or missed without notice, will be charged in full. Online Sessions A Google Meet link will be sent automatically in your confirmation email for online appointments. Confidentiality All sessions are confidential, except where there is a legal or ethical duty of care to protect you or someone else from serious harm. Arrival Please arrive on time. Sessions finish at the scheduled time to respect all clients' appointments. Commitment Meaningful change comes through honesty, curiosity and consistent engagement with the process.
