Service Description
This complimentary 20-minute call gives us the opportunity to explore what is bringing you here and whether my approach is the right fit for your needs. We'll discuss the challenges you're facing, the patterns you would like to change, and what you hope to achieve. You'll leave with a clearer understanding of how I work and whether a Touchstone Session or Deep Dive Intensive would be the most appropriate next step. There is no obligation to book. The purpose is simply to explore whether we can work together effectively.
Cancellation Policy
Payment Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Cancellation and Rescheduling Please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. This allows your appointment to be offered to another client. Late Cancellations and No Shows Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, or missed without notice, will be charged in full. Online Sessions A Google Meet link will be sent automatically in your confirmation email for online appointments. Confidentiality All sessions are confidential, except where there is a legal or ethical duty of care to protect you or someone else from serious harm. Arrival Please arrive on time. Sessions finish at the scheduled time to respect all clients' appointments. Commitment Meaningful change comes through honesty, curiosity and consistent engagement with the process. By booking a session, you confirm that you have read and agree to this booking policy.
