Service Description
Some patterns can't be shifted in a single conversation. The Deep Dive Session gives us the time and space to explore the deeper behavioural patterns influencing your thoughts, emotions, relationships, confidence, leadership, and sense of self. Together we'll identify what's keeping you stuck, understand why the pattern developed, and begin building new ways of responding that feel more aligned with who you want to become. Ideal if you've reached a point where awareness alone isn't enough and you're ready to explore your patterns at a deeper level.
Cancellation Policy
Payment Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Cancellation and Rescheduling Please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. This allows your appointment to be offered to another client. Late Cancellations and No Shows Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, or missed without notice, will be charged in full. Online Sessions A Google Meet link will be sent automatically in your confirmation email for online appointments. Confidentiality All sessions are confidential, except where there is a legal or ethical duty of care to protect you or someone else from serious harm. Arrival Please arrive on time. Sessions finish at the scheduled time to respect all clients' appointments. Commitment Meaningful change comes through honesty, curiosity and consistent engagement with the process. By booking a session, you confirm that you have read and agree to this booking policy.
